The age categories include individuals aged 35 and above, 40 and above, 45 and above, and 50 and above.
IFBB Pro cards will be granted to the overall winners in each division and age category as follows:
35+ – The TOP 2 in the OVERALL will be awarded a PRO CARD in the following Divisions:

Online entry is $405 each class plus $5 processing fee per entry.
- mandatory meeting & check-ins: thursday november 19th no exceptions!
- Entries after november 9th will have a late fee of $75.00
- THERE WILL BE NO ONLINE ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER NOVEMBER 16Th

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To compete, you must meet all of the following requirements:
1. Be at least 35 years old.
2. Hold a current 2026 NPC Membership.
3. Provide proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. residency.
Accepted forms of proof include:
- Government-issued REAL ID
- U.S. Birth Certificate
- U.S. Passport
- Naturalization Certificate
- U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
- Student Visa or Work Visa
Residency Requirement: You must either:
- Have lived in the United States for at least 4 months prior to the contest date, or
- Be a full-time student in the U.S. and provide a valid college-issued student ID, or
- Hold a valid work visa and Social Security card.
4. Have competed in a U.S. NPC competition on or after January 1, 2025.
No minimum placing is required. Any official NPC competition appearance qualifies.

To ensure a professional and fair event experience, the following rules apply:
- Cell phone photography is permitted.
- Video recording equipment is not allowed inside the Exhibit Hall.
- Cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited.
- Camera bags, tripods, monopods, lighting equipment, and other professional photography gear are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
- Soliciting or offering photography or videography services on the premises is strictly prohibited.
